Checking and Replacing Fuses in Chevy Camaro
The wiring circuits in your vehicle are protected from short circuits by a combination of fuses, circuit breakers, and fusible thermal links in the wiring itself. This greatly reduces the chance of fires caused by electrical problems. Look at the silver-colored band inside the fuse. If the band is broken or melted, replace the fuse. Be sure you replace a bad fuse with a new one of the correct size
Caution!
Fuses and circuit breakers are marked with their ampere rating. Do not exceed the specified amperage rating when replacing fuses and circuit breakers. Use of an oversized fuse or circuit breaker can result in a vehicle fire

Main Fuse Block:
These fuses are located under a cover on the driver’s side of the instrument panel.
Underhood Electrical Center:
The underhood electrical center fuses are located in the engine compartment. Open the cover to expose the fuses.
